Paul J. Tortora Jr.

Paul J. Tortora Jr. is an accomplished Syracuse divorce and family law attorney with extensive experience providing counsel across the Central New York region in a broad range of matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, paternity, grandparent rights, prenuptial agreements, child protective, and domestic violence cases.

He also graduated cum laude from Syracuse University with a double major in Political Science and History and a minor in Philosophy, where he was a member of both the Political Science and History honor societies. He is the author of numerous articles and has given numerous presentations in the area of family and matrimonial law. He is admitted to practice law in New York, Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.​

Paul’s time outside of work is largely spent with his three young children, coaching their teams and sharing his love of sports and film with them.
